Safety is the non-negotiable foundation of every product we create. We implement a rigorous, science-based protocol that extends beyond regulatory requirements, ensuring every material, ingredient, and final product is safe for your family and the environment.

Our 5-Stage Safety Assurance Protocol

1. Scrutinize

We begin by questioning everything. If any material—from SAP to nonwoven fabric—lacks complete safety data or raises any concern, it is excluded from our supply chain.

2. Specify

We define strict safety parameters for every component, aligning with and often exceeding global standards set by the EU, US FDA, and other international regulatory bodies.

3. Synthesize & Verify

At this stage, we validate safety in the complete product form. Our integrated labs test for skin compatibility, structural integrity, and environmental impact. Any uncertainty sends us back to development.

4. Secure Manufacturing

Our 100,000-class cleanrooms and fully automated production lines ensure zero contamination. Every batch is tracked and tested, with quality control embedded at every step.

5. Sustain & Listen

Our commitment continues post-production. We monitor real-world product use, advance testing methods with global partners, and respond to consumer feedback, continuously evolving our safety practices.

Our Three Guiding Principles

We relentlessly pursue the safest and most effective ingredients from both science and nature—whether it’s FSC-certified fibers, plant-based absorbents, or dermatologically-approved botanicals. Every material is selected for purity, performance, and environmental compatibility.

2. Innovate with Integrity

We unlock the potential of smart formulations—such as our TreeFree® core and ultrasonic adhesive-free construction—to deliver products that are free from unnecessary chemicals, gentle on skin, and kinder to the planet.

3. Assess with Advanced Science

We continuously evolve our safety assessments using 21st-century tools—from predictive toxicology to advanced allergen screening—ensuring every ingredient meets the highest standards of safety, even as science advances.

What We Exclude

We commit "No-List" as part of our responsible formulation policy, we prohibit or restrict the use of the following substances in our products:

1,4-Dioxane

Not an ingredient, but a trace by-product. Our products already contain levels well below safe limits and in full regulatory compliance.

Microbeads

Removed from all formulations. Our exfoliating and cleansing products use natural, biodegradable alternatives.

Alkylphenols & APEOs

Not intentionally added to any of our products.

Bisphenols (BPA, BPB)

Not used in our packaging or product formulations.

Dioxins & Furans

We use elemental chlorine-free (ECF) or totally chlorine-free (TCF) bleaching processes for all materials.

Phthalates

Not intentionally added to any product. We use phthalate-free plastics and flexible polymers.

  • Preservatives

    Preservatives help maintain product freshness and safety by preventing the growth of bacteria, yeast, and mold—especially in moist environments.
    We only use preservatives that meet strict international safety standards, and only when absolutely necessary.

  • Fragrances

    Our fragrances are carefully developed to be gentle and safe, following the strict standards of the International Fragrance Association (IFRA) as well as our own even stricter internal safety criteria.
    All fragrances are dermatologically tested and suitable for sensitive skin.

  • Adhesives

    Adhesives are used to bond materials securely and ensure product integrity during use. In our hygiene products, they help keep layers in place and provide reliable performance without compromising comfort.
    We use only skin-safe, non-irritating adhesives, and are actively advancing adhesive-free bonding technologies such as ultrasonic welding.
